Notice in the report that Randall goes into his house, to get his gun. He was safe in the house, if he felt threatened he should have stayed inside and called the police. You will also see where Randall states that he followed the dogs, they were not coming towards them. It also says that “the black dog”(Thunder) returned to the back yard and “stood 10 to 15 feet away from them”. Stood! Not charged, or lunged or anything aggressive towards them. Randall walked towards Thunder, and shot him!
